Welcome to our site. My name is Daniel W. (Wayne) Conduff. I have been involved with Building Automation Systems for nearly 30 years. I have worked for Novar Controls, Inc., Northwest Energy Systems, Inc., Danfoss and, currently with HCI Controls, LLC. HCI Controls has expanded and can support Trend, Novar and Danfoss BAS equipment. My experiences include large box retail, multi-level office complexes and Quick Service Restaurants. I have engineered controls for air handlers from 3 ton to 100 ton, various chill water systems and refrigeration systems (both low and medium temperature).
